Description
Gentle Yoga is now online. This class will be both a one-on-one experience with Marsha Rudolph and a great opportunity to connect with other students with similar interests. You must have the internet on a device with a built-in camera to participate. Add a few more tools to your stress reduction toolkit during these challenging times! Come find your Zen through a series of gentle yoga stretches combined with breathing techniques designed to release tension and encourage peace of mind. Gentle yoga can also increase flexibility, build strength, and improve overall health and vitality. All students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. The class provides a safe and supportive environment, so you can feel comfortable to begin taking an active role in your own growth and healing. Yoga is also great for better posture and balance, pain relief, and weight management.
Material List: Yoga mat, blocks, blanket (optional).
