Description

Foundations Artscape an online class.  This class will provide children a studio experience from their own home. All lessons will be led by our Teaching Artist Anusha Saran and allow your child to socialize with other students in the class. You must have internet on a device with a built in camera to participate. The National Endowment for the Arts research has shown that children who get early arts enrichment education do profoundly better academically, socially and civically.  Children exposed to arts at a young age have a greater chance of becoming creative and innovative thinkers in later years.  The ArtScape curriculum introduces preschool, kindergarten, and first-grade artists to different media like drawing, painting, and sculpture projects to build skills with exposure to a wide range of techniques, all balanced with imaginative art-making. *This class is a part of our Certificate in Fine Arts Program and will give each student one point towards their CiFA certification. New and continuing students welcome.
