Description

Gentle Yoga is being offered as a hybrid option. The first 3 classes students can join in person or virtually. The last 4 classes will be held virtually only. You can choose to join via zoom or in-person at the West Windsor Arts Center. This class will be both a one-on-one experience with Marsha and a great opportunity to connect with other students with similar interest. Add a few more tools to your stress reduction toolkit during these challenging times! Come find your Zen through a series of gentle yoga stretches combined with breathing techniques designed to release tension and encourage peace of mind. Gentle yoga can also increase flexibility, build strength, and improve overall health and vitality. All students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. The class provides a safe and supportive environment, so you can feel comfortable to begin taking an active role in your own growth and healing. Yoga is also great for better posture and balance, pain relief, and weight management.

Covid Protocols: Adults are now required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 2 days of the in-person event or class. Classes, workshops, and events held in all spaces at the art center and Whole World Arts utilize an HVAC system supplemented with portable HEPA filtration systems. Classes and event seating are spaced appropriately to allow 3 - 6 ft. of social distancing. Acrylic barriers are utilized, as needed. Mask wearing is strongly encouraged for all adults, and required for all youth classes. All our staff and Teaching Artists have been vaccinated. High-touch surfaces are wiped down regularly using certified cleaning agents. Hand sanitizer is available in all spaces. Youth visual arts classes have their own sanitized art supplies to be used.
