This unique multi-disciplinary performance is guided by Li Qing Zhao’s own poetry composed before her marriage at 18, enhanced by dances and musical instruments of her time, and narrated in Chinese and English. Her life principles of passion, dedication, patriotism and love of life defined early on laid the foundation for the Li Qing Zhao we so love today.
