Thursday: Draw, Paint, Sculpt! (Ages 5-7)

In Draw, Paint, Sculpt!, students will explore the exciting world of painting and sculpture while building a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary 2D and 3D art techniques. Throughout the course, young artists will develop their creativity, strengthen their artistic skills, and discover their own unique artistic style. Students will apply color theory along with the principles and elements of art and design to create original paintings, sculptures, and mixed-media works. Every project encourages imagination, experimentation, and creative problem-solving, with an emphasis on making art that is both expressive and fun.

This class is perfect for children who enjoy building, creating, and working with their hands. Students will experiment with a variety of high-quality art materials, including watercolor, graphite, charcoal, pastels, acrylic paint, air-dry clay, and more. New projects are introduced each semester, giving students opportunities to explore different artistic techniques and ideas. New projects and themes ensure that both new and returning students will continue to grow their artistic skills while exploring new creative ideas.

A one-time materials fee of $50 is due on the first day of class.
