Artist Statement: Symmetry, to me, represents perfection and completeness. Combining magazine clippings with paint lends an organic quality to the static geometric form.

Bio: Deborah studied drawing and painting at Fleisher Art Memorial and developed her collage technique autodidactically. Her artwork has won awards from Fleisher Art Memorial, Stover Mill Gallery, Riverfront Renaissance Center, and the National Collage Society. Her collages are held in private collections across the country, from Alaska to Georgia. She has had solo exhibitions in Bristol, Greenville, and Newtown, PA, and has given public demonstrations at Michener Museum, Grundy Museum, and Bucks County Community College among others.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Deborah currently resides in Levittown, PA. She is a member of the Arts and Cultural Council of Bucks County, the Artists of Bristol, Philadelphia CollageWorks, and the National Collage Society. She offers classes several times a year at her studio in Langhorne, PA, which is open to visitors by appointment.
