Artist Statement: "I create my art instinctively, using a variety of materials and techniques in unconventional ways. Utilizing this approach often results in an element of surprise for me, and hopefully is conveyed to those viewing my work.
The title for my entry: “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there.” is a saying that I came across many decades ago, and is one that continues to influence me philosophically.
This concept seemed to aptly describe my GR8 2023 abstract imagery, a deviation for me, as I ordinarily title my art using vague, non-descriptive titles."
