Artist Statement: trying times quite often produce theprofound thinking....nuclear threat, the economy, violence in the streets etc....figured a quite day of beachcoming may ease the pain...not quite the case...spotted a gnarly tree branch and my imagination went into overdrive.eventually producing..MY LAST NERVE...don't tread on me
Bio: grew up in Brick, NJ...BFA Univ. of Memphis / MA Kean University...head exhibit designer, u.s. Army Fort Monmouth , NJ...have been employed as an art therapist , crafts instructor , and currently as a wheel throwing insstructor. ..Have exhibited as a juried professional artist for the past 40 years...Shows include , the Salmagundi Club,NYC... City Without Walls Gallery, Newark....Ellarslie, The Trenton City Museum...the Phila Ketck Club. And many more. currently working primarily in Plein Air and low fire ceramics
