Artist Statement: Wooded area next to Grover’s Mill pond, Grover’s Mill, NJ
Jersey Inspiration: We spent many happy hours, both when I was a child but also when our boys were growing up, at Grover’s Mill pond in Grover’s Mill, NJ (yes, the site of Orson Well’s famous “War of the Worlds” radio broadcast). The calm and serene pond flanked by beautiful trees and a play area for little ones, it was a great place for my parents as well as our young boys to play, fish and enjoy.
Bio: Watercolor artist, illustrator and graphic designer working with companies in Central New Jersey for many years.
Designed the Bicentennial Seal of West Windsor Township as a sophomore at WWPHS in 1976, which later became adopted as the official seal of the Township.
