Bio: Marina Ahun (shortened name for Ahun-Babaeva) was educated in St. Petersburg at the Repin Academic Institute of Fine Art, received a Master of Fine Arts and Architecture degree. Marina’s artwork is full of strong, powerful images rendered in different styles ranging from pure realistic ‘portrait’ of a building to expressionist paintings where some of the architectural features become almost abstract.
