Artist Statement: I love mixing canvas with aluminum…there’s something about the contrast that I find very appealing. The paintings are acrylic on 6”x 6” , 1 1/2” deep canvases that are mounted on 9”x 9” brushed aluminum sheet. This pair is to be sold together and not split up.
Bio: I have been an artist for as long as I can recall, having both a father and grandfather that were working artists. After experimenting with many mediums, I keep going back to acrylics because of their versatility. Aside from being a jeweler, contemporary/abstract painting is my favorite way to express myself artistically.
