Artist Statement: Reeves Meadow is a field you might not even stop to look at, but after exploring through some very tall grasses, I found this special place. In the work I had fun with the randomness of marks and how they come together to capture a feeling of a place.
Bio: Kimberly began her photography career as a commercial photographer. She has photographed for major corporations, advertising agencies and editorial publications. Her work has won several awards including inclusion in the book and exhibition Ten Thousand Eyes, ASMP and was awarded the Award of Excellence from Communication Arts Photography Annual. More recently she has continued to use her photography both as an inspiration for an artwork or as part of a mixed media piece. Her work is inspired from her perception of nature and the play of highlights and shadows. She currently works for West Windsor Arts.
