Artist Statement: In tarot, the 6 of swords signifies moving away from danger & difficulty- and moving toward a new and brighter future. In today's world, this message is not only desired and encouraged, but desperately needed by so many- who have endured personal emotional and financial challenges. Instead of the traditional Ferryman and mother and child, I've depicted the 6 of swords with the elaborate and ornate daggers in the water with the visualization of the peace goddess in the sky. You are strong, and learned. Go forth, brightly to a new day.
Bio: Graduated with a degree in Art and am circling back to my formal training, love of painting and Mixed media by depicting various forms of spiritual communication in today's troubled world. Dreams, animal totems and psychic media such as Tarot offer a level of understanding and, perhaps, a way to decode much of the energy that effects each & every one of us in our daily lives.
