Statement: I wanted to capture the beautiful blue colored bloom on our hydrangea plant
Bio: René Kammeyer Seeland is a watercolor artist who grew up in West Windsor. She designed the Township Seal in 1975 when at WWPHS. René alway painted, but also worked as illustrator and graphic designer for many years before devoting herself to watercolor painting. René and her husband Tom live in East Windsor and are the proud parents of their two sons, Billie and Chris.
