Connection to the theme: "Peace" Healing Wrap brings peace and healing. With calm and soothing colors, this piece of art is reflective of stillness in order to proceed forward. It was created at a heightened moment in life and it provided a great outlet in creating. Peace be STILL.

Artist Statement: I am an international award-winning fiber artist who has exhibited in various galleries and art forums. My primary medium is Wet Felting which is an ancient technique of hand agitation to create fabric primarily using silk and wool. I am a Speaker, Coach, Artist, Volunteer, Advocate, and a survivor of extreme domestic violence. I reside in Maryland, USA. My mission work is to inspire healing with art, world changes and to support other survivors. I exhibit primarily in the Washington, DC area and throughout the United States. I have also completed several solo exhibits and am preparing for additional solo events. I have received many art awards and am a Gold Awardee in the 2022 Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum’s Annual Juried Exhibit.
