SUMMARY:Sunday: Introduction to Social Ballroom Dancing (Adult)
DESCRIPTION:No experience is necessary to join this fun and welcoming class. You'll learn to dance with confidence and ease for weddings, parties, cruises, and other social events. This beginner-friendly course covers Ballroom Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Swing, and more.\n\nEach two-hour session includes one hour of group instruction followed by one hour of guided practice. During the instructional portion, you'll learn how to recognize which dance best matches the music, master the basic steps and patterns of each dance, and develop essential leading and following skills. The guided practice session gives you the opportunity to reinforce what you've learned while instructors are available to provide individual assistance and answer questions.\n\nBy the end of the program, you'll have the skills and confidence to enjoy one of the many social dances open to the public.
